Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer for their Advanced Technology Centers in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience working with Oracle HCM and OIC, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This position requires developing and supporting HCM/ERP integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality application performance. 2-3 days a week on-site presence in Toronto will be necessary to facilitate collaboration with local team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM and OIC in an Integration role.
• Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is required.
• English required for communication with multi-national teams.

You are:

An experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer

• The Work:

As an HCM Extracts developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring HCM/ERP extracts to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

• Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

• Develop and provide technical support for Oracle HCM/ERP integrations, extensions and reports

• This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal/Toronto) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Here’s what you need:

• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM, and OIC in an Integration role

• Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is required

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus points if you have:

• Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Build Management

• An Oracle Cloud certification

• Hands on development experience in PL/SQL or Core Java

• Proficiency in HTML/Web-based development

• Experience with Python
