Job summary

EY Canada is seeking a seasoned ERP/Oracle Consulting professional to lead large-scale ERP initiatives, including governance, requirements, and implementation, with travel to client sites required. You will work with Oracle Financial Applications, guide cross-functional teams, and develop new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and solution design across the project lifecycle, collaborating with finance and technology leaders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience or graduate degree with 4 years related experience.
• 4 years of external client-facing advisory or consulting experience.
• 4–8 years’ ERP software configuration/implementation experience or finance/accounting business background with Oracle Financials super user exposure.
• Proven track record in system implementations or as a super user for Oracle Financial Applications.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations and 8+ years of related Oracle Cloud experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to travel 75%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, requirements, risk analysis, customization, testing, and rollout for ERP projects.
• Provide business development support and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Coordinate with finance and technology executives and client SMEs throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful deliverables.
