Job summary

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice supports national consulting teams in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex Oracle Cloud applications initiatives across Canada. The role focuses on designing, configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud Project Management solutions aligned to client needs.

The candidate will lead design workshops, manage multi-workstream delivery, and guide testing and cutover activities for go-live.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle Applications.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management: ...).
• Minimum 2 years in a functional advisory/consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring cross workstream knowledge of Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create a stand-out Projects solution powered by Oracle PM Cloud.
• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle PM solutions and ensure all pieces work together in an integrated environment.
• Understand Oracle Cloud Project Management data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies and leading practices.
• Guide and lead the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• Demonstrate an end-to-end solution to the client during hands on Oracle demonstrations
