Accenture PLC in Mississauga seeks an experienced Oracle General Ledger (GL) Consultant to design, configure, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud GL solutions. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with financial requirements and deliver scalable GL capabilities.

You will lead GL configurations, charts of accounts, ledgers, calendars, and integrations, support month-end close, and provide production support in a hybrid role requiring three days on-site weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL).
• Experience configuring Oracle Cloud GL, including ledgers, chart of accounts, financial reporting structures, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, month-end close activities, and reporting.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

• Work hands-on with integrations involving source systems and inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Support month-end activities, financial reporting, and production support, ensuring stability and accuracy of GL processes.
• Role requires two days per week onsite at the local office and travel as required by the client

The work:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle General Ledger (GL) Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud GL solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to drive key decisions, ensure alignment with financial and accounting requirements, and provide functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the Mississauga office.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL).
• Experience configuring Oracle Cloud GL, including ledgers, chart of accounts, financial reporting structures, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, month-end close activities, and reporting.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if:

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification (GL).
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud Financial modules and cross-module touchpoints (AP, AR, CM, Projects).
• Working proficiency in French.
