Job summary

Capital Vision Care is seeking a licensed optometrist to join our team of six Edmonton-area clinics. You will practise the full scope of optometry, from comprehensive eye exams to dry eye care, with modern technology and supportive team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.

Job description

Practise full-scope optometry with a supportive team and modern technology, across six Edmonton-area clinics.

Capital Vision Care is looking for a licensed optometrist to join our team. We are a locally owned group of six neighbourhood clinics that has cared for Edmonton-area families for 50 years.

You will practise the full scope of optometry, from comprehensive eye exams to dry eye care, contact lenses and ocular health, with the technology and team support to do your best work.

Day to day
What You Will Do
  • Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and refer when appropriate
  • Provide contact lens fittings and dry eye assessment and care
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and the community
  • Collaborate with optical and support staff to deliver excellent care
