Qualifications

• Has 3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization within a complex environment and holds a Green Belt certification
• In-depth knowledge of Lean principles and tools
• Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and collaborative spirit
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders
• Advanced level of English proficiency due to weekly cross-Canada communications

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments of processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans
• Design, prepare, and facilitate optimization workshops (Kaizen, problem-solving) with iA Group units
• Support managers and teams in deploying continuous improvement activities until benefits are realized
• Contribute to process mapping according to Lean best practices
• Determine financial and non-financial gains from optimization activities and ensure follow-up
