Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of financial transactions and oversee trust account operations.
• Chase down information from banks and lenders and maintain data across systems.
• Measure service delivery against SLAs and refine processes.
• Write and refine SOPs; build spreadsheets or automation to eliminate manual steps.
• Teach and mentor others as improvements are implemented.
