Job summary

Magna Seating is seeking a part-time auxiliary worker for our Mississauga facility. The role involves precision assembly and sub-assembly work on small to medium units, with attention to tolerances and operations on production lines.

Candidates will read simple blueprints, place and adjust parts, and use hand and power tools to modify components. The position supports our manufacturing capabilities within Magna Seating’s seating systems division.

Works on precision assembly or sub-assemblies of small or medium sized units involving a number of parts or erection of larger units having a limited number of parts and fairly liberal tolerances. Places and removes parts into or onto various production machines. Performs assembly, fastening or other material modification operations on assembly line. Fits and adjusts products to meet operating requirements. Modifies parts using simple hand and power tools.
