2.ScopeThe skill and level system applies to all Operator levels
3.Assessment ProcessInitial assignment will be determined upon hire based upon work experience and assessment of skills through the interview process. Pay within assigned skill level will also be assessed within the performance review process. To be considered for assignment to a higher level, the Operator must show that they have completed the requirements needed for the next level.
