Are you an experienced Operator looking for your next challenge? At Mars, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operator to join our factory team! If you have a mechanical background and want to lead a passionate team of associates while developing and progressing personally, consider this role.

Position Details: This position follows a rotating 12-hour work schedule, requiring the ability to work 2 days and 2 nights, then have 4 days off.

The Filler Operator will be responsible for the performance of multiple machines, processes, and equipment, making operational decisions at line level to achieve targets and coordinate resources. Mechanical training or experience is necessary, as you will be the first point of contact for technical issues and expected to lead in repairing mechanical breakdowns. Leadership, coaching, or training experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Educated to GCSE level
• Mechanical training or background is essential
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team (desirable)
• Packaging Operator experience (desirable)
• Experience in FMCG or high-speed production (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a team of operators and temporary associates to meet line targets
