Job Description:

Are you an experienced Operator looking for your next challenge? At Mars, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operator to join our factory team. If you have a mechanical background and are interested in leading a passionate team of associates while developing your skills, consider the following!

This position follows a rotating 12-hour work schedule, working 2 days and 2 nights, followed by 4 days off.

The Filler Operator will be responsible for the performance of multiple machines, processes, and equipment, making operational decisions at the line level to meet targets and manage resources. Mechanical training or experience is required, as you will be the first point of contact for technical issues with production machinery and expected to lead in repairing mechanical breakdowns. Leadership or coaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as you may also be involved in training and guiding associates on your line.

What are we looking for?

• Educated to GCSE level
• Mechanical training or background is essential
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team of associates (desirable)
• Packaging Operator experience (desirable)
• Experience in FMCG or high-speed production (desirable)
