Job summary

Enersul L.P. in Fort McMurray seeks an Operator to join our plant operations team. You will ensure safe, efficient production, follow procedures, and maintain quality and housekeeping standards on site.

Ideal candidates have heavy equipment experience, strong communication skills, and safety tickets; railcar handling is an asset. We offer a competitive benefits package and travel allowance, with opportunities to grow within Marmon Holdings.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in industrial settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Safety tickets are preferred (H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS).
• Railcar handling experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.
• Maintain time management, quality of work, and housekeeping standards.
• Understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and competency-based training.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively, and efficiently to maximize production and product quality.
• Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and housekeeping.
• Ability to understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation.
• Must be able to follow company policies, procedures and competency-based training programs.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment operation experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Safety tickets: H2s Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.
• Railcar handling experience is an asset.
