Irving Tissue is seeking an Operations Team Leader to join our Saint John operations. You will lead a crew of 12 operators across two tissue machines, champion safety, quality, and housekeeping, and help drive daily production targets.

You will troubleshoot with frontline teams, manage performance and development, and participate in strategic initiatives on a rotating day/night schedule in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline or 2‑year post‑secondary program.
• 3–5 years of experience in pulp & paper or similar industrial environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and proactive mindset.
• Desire to lead and develop people.
• Commitment to growing leadership and technical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities
