The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who can energize teams, drive P&L outcomes, and develop the next generation of leaders while evolving toward general management. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; professional designation required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years leading operations or managing large projects with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of improving processes to drive practical business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to manage finances, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying and developing the next generation of leaders.

These roles provide opportunity to lead for success in the business outcomes and evolve into the role of General Manager.

You are a hands-on, dynamic LEADER with the ability to ENERGIZE and INSPIRE for the team to take-action and ACHIEVE common goals.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the highest standard for safety and ensuring all employees embrace our safety-first culture.
  • Leading the daily management of the operation to optimize productivity and profitability. Present period financial results to division leadership.

  • Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills with a proven track record of managing financial requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Building and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Demonstrated ability to spot exceptional talent and nurture the growth of the next generation of leaders for the company.
