Title: Operations Supervisor
Salary Range: $50,000 to $57,000 per annum
Schedule: Working hours will generally fall between 4:30 PM and 1:00 AM Pacific Time, Saturday through Wednesday
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of client sites throughout Vancouver. You'll lead our frontline teams, build strong relationships with clients, and make sure every site consistently delivers the level of service Alpine is known for.
This is a field-based leadership role where no two days look the same. Our business operates around the clock, so flexibility is important. You'll regularly support day and night shift teams, complete occasional evening and weekend site visits, and travel throughout your assigned region.
