Position: Operations Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Distribution Centre

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 9 pm to 5 am

Location: 3330 192nd Street, Surrey

This full-time/permanent role offers competitive compensation, shift premiums, paid vacation, group insurance from day one, and an annual management incentive program.

Job Summary:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead by example to drive a culture of excellence through operational plans and strategies. Your responsibilities include resource allocation, information dissemination, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and financial KPIs.

You will use strategic thinking, effective planning, and communication skills to motivate and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Specific Responsibilities:
