Job summary

CBI Home Health in Fredericton, NB is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead direct care staff and coordinate daily operations in our home and community-based programs.

You will collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to align services with funding guidelines, ISP/POC and BSP protocols, while ensuring policy adherence. We offer opportunity for growth and a supportive, flexible work environment for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role in a service-focused organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis.
• Demonstrated patient-centered focus with a commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direction to staff.
• Assist in ensuring that Direct Support Staff are scheduled in the homes in accordance with the funding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations Managers and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst where applicable to develop monthly activity recreational plan.
• Collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure follow through on contracted services, including the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC), and Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) protocols.
• Assist in ensures adherence to policies and procedures.

What You Will Do
