Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations, safety, onboarding of operators, and client service. The role involves coordinating dispatch, daily project scheduling, and reviewing operator paperwork in a busy Canadian environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Vacuum/Pump Trucks, construction, trucking, underground utilities or related fields.
• CDL preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer skills, Oracle or similar system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and scheduling projects daily.
• Communicate with clients with a customer-service focus daily.
• Assist with project bidding and proposals.
• Support business development on a daily basis.
• Review operator daily paperwork (Daily trip tickets, FLRA, DOT logs).
