You will participate in scheduling, customer interactions, and reviewing field documentation, with supervisory responsibilities and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: in Vacuum/Pump Trucks, Underground Construction, Trucking/Fleet Management, Sewer/Water Line, Underground Utilities, Waste, Equipment Rentals.
• CDL preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Computer skills with Oracle or similar system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and varied physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and scheduling projects daily.

• Support and improve business development daily.

About Us

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is the industry leader in non-destructive hydro-excavation (hydrovac) services. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, base salary.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with dispatching units and schedule projects on a daily basis
• Communicate with clients, with a customer service focus on a daily basis
• Assist with project related biddings and proposal
• Support and improved business development on a daily basis
• Reviewing operator's daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs)

What You'll Need For Success

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience required in one of the following industries: Vacuum / Pump Trucks, Commercial Underground Construction, Trucking/Fleet Management, Sewer / Water Line, Underground Utilities, Waste, Equipment Rentals.
• Valid CDL preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Computer skills and strong organizational skills required, with a preference for Oracle or similar system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
