What You’ll Be Doing

If you enjoy busy days and have an interest in agriculture, we want to hear from you! You will supervise staff, coordinate branch operations, and assist with equipment operation when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise operational staff, including scheduling and coaching.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery of products and services.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance of the premises.
• Perform operational tasks such as loading, unloading, and operating plant equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with office computer programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license (preferably class DZ) and a clean driving record.
• Current Ag Exterminator or Nutrient Technician License is an asset.
• Supervisory and agriculture experience are assets.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, with some lifting and climbing.
