FTAI Aviation is seeking a driven Operations Supervisor to oversee shop floor activities and lead one or more operational departments. This role ensures production requirements are met, resources are optimized, and teams work safely and efficiently toward business objectives.
The position focuses on afternoon/evening or weekend shifts, with responsibilities spanning budget monitoring, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve KPIs and customer commitments.
FTAI owns and maintains commercial jet engines with a focus on CFM56 and V2500 engines. The Operations Supervisor will manage daily operations, support a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer commitments.
This position is for the afternoon/evening or weekend shift.
