We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Records Center department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing operational processes of the record center ,logistics, data entry and specialist projects and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for training, recruiting, counseling, coaching, disciplinary action and writing reviews, process and approve payroll, time off requests and exceptions.
Monitor and analyze operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to department performance.
Ensure operational standards, policies, and procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in record centers or logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Strong task and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
This is not a remote job. All candidates should need to live in the geographical area to be onsite daily.
