Hilton Vancouver Washington is seeking a passionate Hotel Property Operations Supervisor (Engineering) to ensure safety and deliver exceptional guest service. Located centrally in Vancouver, WA, with easy access to Portland International Airport.

Shift: Varies – AM/PM, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Pay: $30.00, based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As Property Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and perform daily duties of the Property Operations staff to maintain the facility’s functionality and safety, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and performing duties related to the physical building, mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, life safety systems, and grounds, complying with regulations.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest and team member inquiries and concerns.
  • Handling emergency situations according to standards.
  • Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, scheduling, evaluations, training, and recognition.
  • Coordinating maintenance operations as needed.
