Qualifications

• 12 years of experience at Bombardier, with 5 years in operations and 3+ years in management.
• At least a college degree.
• Experience in project coordination and administration; familiar with project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement processes for manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise the manufacturing operations management team on strategic initiatives and decisions.
• Propose project structures and organizational structures promoting team efficiency.
• Define the master plan of the General Director, plan activities and projects related to it, executing and monitoring key projects.
• Define a balanced dashboard as well as key performance indicators (KPI).
• Be responsible for monthly reviews of the master plan and balanced scorecard for the General Director and his management committee.
• Participate in the establishment and implementation of governance standards across operational sites.
• Be responsible for the governance put in place at the level of the General Director.
• Be responsible for the employee engagement projects in manufacturing operations.
• Track budgets and expenses for projects in operations.
• Define and align communications for the manufacturing operations team.
• Work in collaboration with other sites to ensure harmonization and standardization of operational processes.
