Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist to lead structured QA cycles and validate production readiness. You will build repeatable testing frameworks, perform UAT/BAT and regression testing, and document QA processes for consistent delivery across quarterly cycles.

You will coordinate changes, track defects, validate outcomes, and provide SME backup under management guidance in a hybrid Toronto-based role.

Job description

The Operations Senior Specialist will execute structured QA cycles, build repeatable testing and validation processes, and support change coordination. They will also provide capacity depth and reduce single-point dependency on specialized SME knowledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance a repeatable QA and production-validation framework for quarterly cycles.
• Execute UAT, BAT, regression, and production-validation testing for assigned communication outputs.
• Document and standardize QA processes, testing frameworks, and validation playbooks.
• Support change coordination and pre-release readiness checks.
• Track defects and validation outcomes; partner on issue resolution.
• Provide backup capacity for SME-level activities under the manager’s guidance.

Required Qualifications

Salary range is expected to be between

$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD
