Manulife is hiring an Operations Senior Specialist to design and run structured QA cycles, build repeatable testing and validation processes, and support change coordination. The role reduces single-point SME dependency and provides capacity depth across quarterly cycles.

Responsibilities include executing various tests, documenting QA playbooks, and tracking defects. Hybrid work in Toronto with a focus on production readiness and process discipline.

The Operations Senior Specialist will execute structured QA cycles, build repeatable testing and validation processes, and support change coordination. They will also provide capacity depth and reduce single-point dependency on specialized SME knowledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance a repeatable QA and production-validation framework for quarterly cycles.
• Execute UAT, BAT, regression, and production-validation testing for assigned communication outputs.
• Document and standardize QA processes, testing frameworks, and validation playbooks.
• Support change coordination and pre-release readiness checks.
• Track defects and validation outcomes; partner on issue resolution.
• Provide backup capacity for SME-level activities under the manager’s guidance.

Required Qualifications

Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
