Description du poste

Operations Program Delivery Lead

The Operations Program Delivery Lead is a key member of National Operations Services (NOS), a group dedicated to ensuring the scalability of Bird’s organization by providing strategic structure, alignment, and consistency across operations.

This role is responsible for enabling Bird’s construction business to operate effectively within its enterprise software systems. Acting as a trainer, facilitator, and adoption champion, the Lead ensures employees across business units understand, embrace, and consistently apply the processes embedded in our operational platforms.

Success in this role means bridging the gap between system design, enablement materials, and frontline execution — ensuring our technology investments translate into scalable, aligned, and efficient operations.

Additionally, this role works in close conjunction with Learning & Development (L&D) to maintain a cohesive learning structure across the organization, ensuring training programs are aligned, standardized, and scalable.

This is a term position.
