Medavie Health Services in Prince Edward Island is seeking an Operations Manager to lead western operations and Island EMS facilities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service delivery, staff development and safety initiatives across Alberton, O’Leary and Summerside bases.
The ideal candidate will be a registered paramedic with 5+ years’ experience and proven leadership. PEI residency and a valid Class 4 license in good standing are assets.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager leads western operations and facility management for Island EMS and provides support to the Provincial MFR Program. Reporting to the General Manager, the role supports effective service delivery, staff development, and alignment with organizational policies and priorities.
Key accountabilities include staff and service improvement, facility maintenance, Medical First Responder programs, occupational health and safety, and operational policy development. The manager also promotes a culture of patient and workplace safety across IEMS.

Compensation:
Salary Range for this position is $95,000- $105,000 annually.

The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs.
