About the Role
We are seeking a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to oversee some of our new DashMart facilities.

- Lead: Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team including Site Managers (4+ direct reports), Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates (30+ indirect reports). As a leader, you set the culture and tone.
- Own: Oversee the daily operations of 3-6 DashMart locations, ensuring all processes are efficient, safe, and smooth. Drive profitability by reviewing P&Ls, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
- Strategize: Design and execute process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Support market expansion and scaling efforts to handle increased demand and complexity.
- Delight customers: Collaborate with central teams to ensure a superior customer experience on every order and equip your team with necessary tools and resources.
