Operations Manager - Toronto, ON - Up to $100k

Overview

We're partnering with a luxury wellness brand launching a new flagship spa in downtown Toronto, and we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the opening leadership team.

Responsibilities
  1. Support and lead department managers to uphold high standards of service, performance, and collaboration.
  2. Manage daily operations proactively, addressing issues promptly and implementing improvements.
  3. Serve as a liaison between the on-site team and global operations leadership.
  4. Foster a positive, open-minded, and high-performing work culture.
  5. Maintain a consistent luxury experience across all departments.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of leadership experience in spa, wellness, fitness, or hospitality operations.
  2. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams across multiple functions.
  3. Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness is a strong asset.
  4. Skilled in analyzing reports for operational decision-making.
  5. Track record of enhancing customer satisfaction through feedback and actions.
  6. Experience managing inventory, vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
