Operations Managers at A&A are responsible for overseeing the long-term planning and development of tenures and actively involved in the operational supervision of logging and road building activities.

Based in either our Campbell River or Vancouver office, the Operations Manager interacts with all aspects of the A&A team, including planning, engineering, sales, and with partners, government agencies, First Nations, the public, customers, and service providers throughout the planning and development process.

Salary Range: $110-135K+

Required Skills and Experience

• Leadership in safety, environment, quality, and production

• Registered with the ABCFP as an RPF or RFT
• Solid knowledge of BC forest legislation and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
