If you thrive in a fast-paced, international working environment and are seeking an exciting management position, we invite you to consider the role of Marketing Operations Manager at our Toronto office!

Please note, this is a full time, permanent and hybrid opportunity (4 days on site, per week).

What will your day look like?

As our new Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our daily operations and implementation of client campaigns, ensuring the continuous development of staff and operation services. More specifically, your tasks include :

  • Overseeing the team's daily operation and workload distribution
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements such as quality assurance and time-to-market activity
  • Recruitment and people management and development
  • Supporting initiatives by the Operations Director and Global Directors
  • Reporting on progress and development for internal and external stakeholders
  • Risk management and mitigation

Since we operate in a global environment with global clients covering multiple time zones, we expect you to be flexible with a can-do attitude.

Who are you going to work with?

You will be managing a dedicated and competent team of approximately 8-10 employees and operate as the link between our various in-house departments.

We work closely together with our colleagues in Copenhagen (HQ) as well as our other 3 office locations in Bangkok, Lisbon and San Jose (Costa Rica). You will play a crucial part in our Toronto office, work closely with your operations team, and report directly to the Operations Director. What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are curious, proactive, and energetic, enabling you to lead and motivate others. You are great at spotting new opportunities, and you act fast while being able to constantly balance between taking charge and making room for others.

Further, we expect that you have :

  • Experience in and a solid understanding of omnichannel marketing
  • Solid experience with CRM, digital production, marketing personalization and automation, commercialization of services, or process optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with people and performance management as well as talent profiling and recruitment (3-5 years)
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong personnel and stakeholder relationships (3-5 years)
  • Extensive background in project management
  • Client management experience as a plus
  • Highly collaborative, driven by a strong sense of inclusion and diversity
  • Excellent communication skills, and highly proficient in the English language
