About the RoleAs the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing service operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will lead a team of technicians and support staff while working closely with clients, vendors, and senior leadership.What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for optimal performance
• Supervise and schedule technicians, ensuring adherence to safety regulations
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and identify areas for improvement
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing on materials
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend strategic improvements

What You Bring :

• Proven experience inoperations management, preferably in industrial, service, or construction sectors
