Job summary

Aéropro est à la recherche d'un Operations Manager pour superviser des contrats de service aéroportuaire sur des bases militaires en Ontario. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion du personnel et maintiendra de bonnes relations avec les responsables de la base militaire, tout en étant à l'aise avec les exigences budgétaires. Le poste nécessite au moins trois ans d'expérience, ainsi qu'une capacité à obtenir une habilitation de sécurité. De plus, des avantages tels qu'une voiture de société et un programme d'assurance sont offerts.

Qualifications

• Doit obtenir et maintenir une habilitation de sécurité de Transports Canada.

Pétro Air Services Inc. Has been operating airport service contracts for several years on military bases in Ontario Pétro Air Services Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee these contracts

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage the staff working under these various contracts.
• Meet budgetary objectives.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare various documents related to employee payroll and monthly billing preparation.
• Maintain a good relationship with the military base officials.

Location

Operations on Military Bases in Ontario

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada security clearance to receive an access pass.
• Bilingual, with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Three (3) years of experience in the airport ground handling sector, specifically in de-icing operations.
• Willing to travel regularly between Quebec and certain military bases in Ontario.
• Competitive annual salary, based on experience — $70,000 and up.
• Group insurance program after 6 months.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Three weeks of vacation after one year of service.
• Paid sick leave
