Location: Downtown Kelowna, BC

To lead and comprehensively oversee the architectural projects of the studio, ensuring high-quality standards, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between the technical team, administrative staff, and clients. This role ensures the efficient development of each phase of design, documentation, and execution, while also leading both production and the continuous improvement of internal processes.

• Supervise the quality of architectural and technical design.
• Coordinate communication with clients, consultants, and builders.
• Lead the drafting team and administrative staff.
• Verify compliance with provincial and municipal regulations.
• Manage and process building permit applications.
• Develop and control project production schedules.
• Document and optimize internal office processes.
• Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and building systems.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and follow-ups.

Requirements and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the BC Building Code.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience leading technical and operational teams.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
