Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and available May–August 2027.
• Desire to work in operations and data analysis within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Track metrics and prepare reports to support performance monitoring.
• Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and SOP documentation.
• Support data entry, organization, and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with field staff and operations to implement processes.
