  • Review submitted documentation for accuracy, legitimacy, and completeness (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Business Licenses, corporate documents).
  • Facilitate key data abstraction tasks, including Financial Spreading (extracting and organizing key points from financial statements for analysis).
  • Manage exception handling protocols for credit applications that fall outside standard approval parameters.
  • Compile and organize complete credit packages for formal review by the credit committee.
Asset Ordering and Activation
  • Manage the logistics of client asset ordering and service activation once a deal is approved.
  • Oversee the Factory and Stock order processes as required.
  • Complete and confirm asset delivery confirmations and manage all related documentation.
  • Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely asset deployment and service activation for the client.
  • Liaise with internal operational teams for process alignment and issue resolution.
System Operations and Administration
  • Utilize core origination, servicing, and administration platforms (e.g., Client Portal, Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS)).
  • Act as the operational intermediary between primary transaction platforms and supplementary legacy systems as needed for integration.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing account maintenance, including contract amendments and data updates.
Account Management & Collections Support
  • Assist the collections function by organizing required documentation and communicating with past-due accounts in accordance with established procedures.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial operations, lending administration, or highly cross-functional operations role.
  • Proven experience with data entry, document verification, and managing financial data/statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively using various lending platforms (LOS, LMS, or similar administration systems).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail required for documentation review and compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, necessary for managing client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
  • A highly versatile and adaptable professional mindset, comfortable executing diverse tasks across the client lifecycle.
  • Previous experience with Commercial, Lease, or Fleet lending processes is a strong asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a considerable advantage.
  • Must be available to work 7.5 hour shifts ranging from 8am m 8pm Monday to Friday with rotational Saturday.
