Job summary

Wonderbrands is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with Operations Finance and FP&A, delivering daily and monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI insights. The role emphasizes data-driven recommendations and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing and logistics teams.

The candidate will support inventory, cost analysis, and financial reporting while contributing to process improvements and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• University or College degree in Accounting / Finance or working towards Professional accounting designation.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills with cross-functional partners.
• Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP, VBA & MS Power BI will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, business models and dashboards using financial data to support decision making.
• Perform daily operations variance analysis and identify drivers for productivity variances.
• Reconcile data across systems and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities and drive solutions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through cost analysis techniques and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to inventory reconciliation and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
