YVR is seeking a Manager, Airport Terminal Projects to lead a portfolio of terminal renewal, renovation and expansion projects on site in the Metro Vancouver area.
You will manage planning, delivery, and handover while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. A university degree in engineering and 10 years of progressive project management experience are required. French is a plus; bilingual service is valued.

We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Manager, Airport Terminal Projects in our Engineering Projects department. Reporting to the Director, Engineering Projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, developing and implementing a portfolio of airport terminal renewal, renovation and expansion projects. The successful candidate will interact with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization along with external partners, contractors and community members in the course of managing the assigned portfolio of programs and individual projects.
This position plays a key role in essential elements of the YVR Strategic Plan, contributing to asset management and maintaining a state of good repair, environmental sustainability through our Roadmap to Net Zero by 2030, and enhancing operational and financial capacity and performance.
This role is primarily on site, Monday to Friday, with occasional requirements for night and weekend work. It is a strong fit for someone who values in-person collaboration and prefers to work from the office 4+ days per week.
Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers. Candidates who do not speak French are still strongly encouraged to apply.

$122,960 to $184,440 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
