Job summary

Canada Post / Postes Canada in London, Ontario is seeking an Analyst, Operations Data Integrity to analyze and ensure the accuracy of labour data across mail processing, collection, delivery, and retail operations.

You will apply knowledge of SAP time management, data collection, reporting, and statistical analysis to resolve pay issues, support data systems, and help frontline teams make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school according to provincial standards or equivalent (GED).
• Completion of post-secondary (College/University) course(s) in a related field.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collects, compiles and processes information related to hours in mail operations and distribution of performance indicators via reports.
• Disseminates SAP updates and provides on-floor training to team leaders.
• Identifies and resolves pay affecting time entry and quota issues with payroll and operations teams.
• Reviews and maintains systems and documentation, conducts audits for compliance.
