We are hiring motivated new graduates and early career professionals interested in Operations Consulting , with start dates in November 2026 and throughout 2027.
This position involves analyzing complex operational and financial data, engaging with client teams to develop performance measurements and analytical tools, and coaching client teams to implement lasting solutions. If you’re eager to solve complex problems, learn quickly, and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This is an exciting time to join the Isaac Team. We’ve been working with clients across North America for many years and have built a reputation for solving the most challenging front-line operational and financial problems that some of today’s most important industries face. Loving your Monday to Friday is important to us — it’s part of why our culture rewards great work with great experiences, fosters rapid career growth, and shares the success of the business with the whole team.
We help clients redesign how their operations work and then implement changes alongside them, end to end at all levels of the business.
More than anything, you avoid the status quo and want to get the best out of your career and your life!
You’ll contribute in 3 important ways:
_ This is not a desk job. _ As a consultant you will be working with all levels of a business from the shop floor to the boardroom on a daily basis. You will be owning and managing your own initiatives and outcomes. Spending your time on the front line with a welder, machine operator or technician will help you fully understand the problems that they face. You’ll roll up your sleeves, run trials, and observe the problems first-hand. This will give you the insight, credibility, and confidence you need to set the direction in the boardroom. Your technical, problem-solving ability will allow you to tackle complex problems, implement change, and ensure improvement is seen on the financial bottom line. We find this approach much more effective and enjoyable than simply writing reports.
We push ourselves, in all aspects of our lives. You will be given a lot of responsibility early on in your career. You will be challenged beyond your comfort zone, but we’ll be there to support you — every step of the way. We value work-life balance, and part of this is a rule that we don’t work on weekends. As of 6pm on Friday, your only job is to make the most of the weekend.
Isaac’s Head Office is located in Toronto, Ontario. In your first year with us, you will join an immersive onboarding exchange to Toronto, where you’ll build foundational skills and become fully integrated into the broader Isaac team before settling into your ongoing role. Beyond that, you can expect to travel to our Head Office regularly for company meetings, socials, and other team moments.
