Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Operations Consultant for our Mississauga Heartland location. You will partner with the Operations Supervisor to keep stockrooms organized and update merchandise while delivering high-level client service.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in retail, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required to support store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A High School graduate or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional client service during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in cashier zone and stockroom.
• Process shipments, transfers, damages and testers per standards.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and store management.
• Support merchandising concepts and loss prevention programs.
