Job summary

Sephora Mississauga is seeking an Operations Consultant to help manage stockroom organization and keep merchandise updates current. You will provide friendly service to clients and support training on POS and MPOS during store hours.

Role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong math and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with good communication. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and the business.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom.
• Assist in keeping Sephora merchandising concepts and stockroom standards.
• Process shipments, transfers and tester items per standards.
• Note inventory issues and communicate with supervisors.
