Sephora Canada in West Vancouver is hiring an Operations Consultant to support stockroom organization and merchandise updates while providing friendly client service. You will assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS and help maintain store standards for cleanliness and organization.

You will participate in inventory control, ensure safety standards, and communicate inventory concerns to supervisors. This role requires flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail/client service experience preferred.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to client needs and business operations.
