Sephora Canada is seeking an Operations Consultant to partner with the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates at the Saskatoon Meadows Market location.

The role requires 1-2 years in retail or stockroom, strong organizational and arithmetic skills, and flexibility including evenings, weekends and holidays. Compensation is CAD 17.00–20.00 per hour with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task while serving clients and the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
• Process shipments, transfers, damages, and testers per standards.
• Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors and managers.
