The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours. Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS.
Store Presentation
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
  • Support in maintaining SEPHORA’s merchandising standards.
  • Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
Merchandising and Operations
  • Receive and process shipments promptly.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
  • Handle transfers, damages, and testers per company policies.
  • Check visual elements and report missing or damaged items.
  • Maintain safety and tidiness standards.
  • Report inventory issues to supervisors or store management.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies.
  • Participate in inventory control activities.
  • Cross-train designated staff in cashier functions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years in retail or client service, preferably in stockroom roles.
  • Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer and business needs.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
