Start-Up Operations Associate (Downtown Toronto)

Be among the first 25 applicants to join our launch team as a Start-Up Operations Associate in downtown Toronto. You will work closely with our Market Leader to execute delivery operations as we scale Rinse Toronto. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer orders meet high standards of cleaning quality, are prepared for delivery, and are delivered on time by our drivers. This role offers growth opportunities for motivated and exceptional performers.

Key Details:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Typical shift: 4PM - 11:30PM
• Available shifts: Wed-Sun, Sun-Thu
• Cross-training as Delivery Driver with mileage reimbursement or access to a company car
• Initial pay: $21/hr for 30 days, then $22/hr
• Opportunity to earn and vest equity after 90 days
• Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, sick leave, 401k, snacks, and laundry credits

Applicants must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check before starting.

Responsibilities include:

• Fostering a positive team culture
