About Overchain
Overchain is the settlement layer for global businesses moving money across fiat and stablecoins. We provide the infrastructure that allows financial institutions, payment service providers, brokerages, fund administrators and large corporates to receive, convert and settle value at institutional speed and standards, with compliance built in from the ground up.
We sit at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. Our founders come from institutional FX and payments, and the business is run with the same discipline: deep banking integrations, reliable execution, OTC depth and white-glove service for clients that move serious money.
Overchain is FINTRAC-registered in Canada, and Toronto is a key hub as we build our banking relationships. We are now hiring an Operations Associate to help run the day-to-day engine behind that growth.
The role
We are looking for an Operations Associate with 1 to 3 years' experience in payments, financial operations or fintech operations. Experience in crypto or stablecoins is beneficial but not essential. Curiosity, competence and a willingness to learn matter far more.
This is a hands-on, varied role based in Toronto, supporting all core operational functions: payment and wallet operations, reconciliation, client onboarding, compliance workflows, transaction monitoring, reporting and internal tooling. You will liaise with Canadian and international partners (banks, liquidity providers, VASPs and integrators), maintain operational documentation and help test new platform features before launch.
You will work closely with our London team, so some flexibility to overlap with UK hours is useful. The role suits someone who has worked at an MSB, PSP, EMI, brokerage or fintech and is comfortable handling operational detail while improving processes.
