Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is building its leadership pipeline for a new Fort McMurray store opening on April 29, 2027. We’re seeking experienced leaders who can guide large teams, drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Successful candidates will coach and develop talent, manage staffing and performance, and partner with senior teams to execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in retail or related field.
