Job summary

Province of Nova Scotia seeks an Operations Analyst to provide operational and procedural support for staff delivering core social programs in Halifax. You will improve business processes, manage priorities, and evaluate system changes to enhance client outcomes.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience, with strong MS Office, SharePoint, and analytical skills, plus excellent communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• We have a related bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience.
• Experience with case management systems and users.
• Ability to identify, investigate and resolve operational issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate business and operational procedures.
• Define options analysis and recommend changes.
• Prioritize ICM, CCM and other requests.
• Create and execute user acceptance testing for ICM/CCM.
